REFORMER FOUNDATIONS

THE FOUNDATIONS REFORMER CLASS FOCUSES ON THE FUNDAMENTAL PILATES PRINCIPLES, FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS, AND TECHNIQUE. THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL LEVELS THROUGH VARIOUS ADJUSTMENTS, MODIFICATIONS, AND PROGRESSIONS.

THIS SESSION IS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR FIRST AND SECOND TRIMESTERS OF PREGNANCY.

REFORMER OPEN

THE REFORMER OPEN CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL LEVELS THROUGH VARIOUS ADJUSTMENTS, MODIFICATIONS, AND PROGRESSIONS. THIS SESSION IS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS; HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND TAKING AT LEAST THREE FOUNDATIONS CLASSES PRIOR. OPEN LEVEL IS SUITABLE DURING THE FIRST AND SECOND TRIMESTERS OF PREGNANCY.

REFORMER PROGRESSIVE

OUR PROGRESSIVE REFORMER CLASS IS AN INTERMEDIATE-LEVEL CLASS, PERFECT FOR THOSE WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING THE REFORMER OR SEEKING A MORE DYNAMIC CHALLENGE. THESE CLASSES FOCUS ON ENHANCING TECHNIQUE, LAYERING PROGRESSIONS, AND IMPROVING STRENGTH, STABILITY, AND COORDINATION THROUGH MORE COMPLEX MOVEMENTS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLASS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR Beginners or INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PREGNANT.
