FOUNDATIONS REFORMER

The Foundations Reformer class is designed for beginners and anyone looking to refine their form. This session focuses on fundamental Pilates principles, functional movements, and technique, providing a supportive environment with adjustments, modifications, and progressions to suit all levels.

THIS CLASS IS perfect for first-timers and is also suitable for individuals in their first and second trimesters of pregnancy.

SIGNATUREn REFORMER

Our Signature Reformer class is a dynamic session

designed to challenge and accommodate most levels,

offering a range of adjustments, modifications, and progressions to suit individual needs.

While we start with the foundations of each exercise, if you’re new to Pilates, we strongly recommend attending at least five Foundations classes beforehand for a more comfortable and effective experience.

This class is not suitable for beginners or individuals who are pregnant.

PROGRESSIVE REFORMER

Our progressive reformer class is an intermediate to advanced level class, perfect for those with previous experience using the reformer or seeking a more dynamic challenge. These classes focus on enhancing technique, layering progressions, and improving strength, stability, and coordination through more complex movements. We use the reformer in innovative and creative ways, building on the traditional approach. By utilising our surroundings on and off the reformer, we create a dynamic and fun experience, using at least 80% of the reformer.

This class is not suitable for beginners or individuals who are pregnant.

DYNAMIC MAT

The Dynamic Mat class is crafted to take your fitness journey to the next level. This class merges Pilates with INTENSIVE, creative and lively exercises that will energise and strengthen you. Perfect for those seeking a demanding workout to test their boundaries, and amplify strength, this session promises not to disappoint!

FLUIDITE ON THE MAT

"Fluidité on the Mat" is a Pilates class that focuses on constant, flowing movement. Experience seamless transitions between positions, with an emphasis on core work and mobility. This class offers a more gentle energy and music compared to our usual sessions at Studio Mouvoir, yet remains incredibly challenging. Think control and mindful movement. Conclude with a beautiful three-minute active stretch, leaving you feeling centered, grounded, and exceptionally strong. This class is based on an intermediate level but will offer progressions and modifications to cater to different levels.

AFRO CARDIO

This high-energy class blends African dance and cardio, fused with Afro beats.

It’s a rhythm-driven class focused on isolations, groove, and footwork using our elevated mats as step platforms to amp up the intensity.  A cultural experience that will work your entire body and soul.

The class is designed to challenge your strength, build endurance, and leave you feeling energised and strong—all while having a ton of fun!
